ParkUp for shops

Your customers are parked outside. They’re just not coming in.

ParkUp takes orders from drivers who’d otherwise skip the stop. The order comes through before they arrive, and your team walks it out to the car.

How it works for your shop

From the ticket to the window.

  1. The order comes in

It prints in your kitchen on a printer we supply at launch, with a collection time.

  2. Make it for the slot

Slots are set by the customer’s drive time and your prep time, so it’s ready when they pull up.

  3. They tap “I’m here”

You see the car, its colour and where it’s parked.

  4. Walk it out

Someone from your team takes it out and hands it through the window.

Built with shops

Built with our launch shops.

We’re launching with seven independent shops in Radlett, Elstree and Borehamwood. Three of them were already walking orders out to customers by hand. ParkUp gives that a system.

  • Pause ParkUp orders with one tap when it’s busy
  • Mark items as sold out
  • Set ParkUp hours that avoid your rush
  • Automatic receipts for your accounts
Shop FAQs

What shops ask us.

What does ParkUp cost my shop?

ParkUp takes 10% of each ParkUp order. It’s free to join, with no monthly fee and no contract. Customers pay a small convenience fee on top of their order.

Do I need new equipment?

We supply a printer at launch, so ParkUp orders print as tickets in your kitchen. You don’t need to change your till.

What if we’re busy?

You set your ParkUp hours, so you can avoid your rush. You can also pause orders with one tap and mark items as sold out.

Where do customers park?

Customers are asked to park legally nearby. Before a shop goes live, we map the legal parking around it. When they tap “I’m here”, you see the car, its colour and where it is.

Who walks the order out?

A member of your team. There are no couriers, so the order goes straight from your counter to the customer.

Which areas are you in?

We’re starting in Radlett, Elstree and Borehamwood, then Shenley, St Albans and Barnet. If you’re somewhere else, register anyway and we’ll get in touch when we’re nearby.

Bring the shop to the car.

Register your shop and we’ll be in touch to talk it through.
